INEOS Golf Club situated in Newton Aycliffe has been established since 1959.

Our 9 hole golf course provides an enjoyable test for golfers of all abilities. Located in the pleasant Durham countryside, our golf club is a treat of a course to play and offers nine holes that will challenge experienced golfers without intimidating those who are newer to the sport. Set on mainly flat parkland, it offers a vast array of hazards to negotiate well and provides a good test to shoot close to the par of 70. Measuring roughly 6000 yards, it is easy walking and a fair test of ability for any standard of golfer. 

In recent years we have introduced new tee boxes to the golf course to offer variety and an additional challenge to the back 9, in 2013 the new tees were completed and were opened for general play only, in 2014 the changes were put into play for weekly competitions and team events. We have introduced an extended Par 4 tee on the 10th hole which is now stroke index 2, a Par 4 tee on the 11th hole making it a shorter but a lot tighter hole, a 190 yard Par 3 on the 13th hole and a long awaited dog-leg Par 5 on the 14th.

Our club has been competitive over the last three decades in both the Durham County Golf Union and Teesside Union League. We have achieved success along the way too, finishing runners up in the 2019 Durham County Clark Cup & securing several promotions in the Teesside Union League since 2008.
